It's taking pains to slowly develop this spruce but will be well worth the effort when it is finally done and potted properly. Started with what you have already seen and progress is bein made. Slowly and painfully.

ReplyDeleteNice. When do you plan to put it in a pot? Don't rush.
I'm taking it down gradually. In Bonsai time it would be considered Kamkaze Bonsai. I've already reduced the size of the root ball and put it in another temperary smaller pot. I was a bit faster with the yew and that is still doing quite well. We'll see how this one turns out. I'll send another picture as soon as I download it.
